However, the number of nursing shortage is only increasing as the eld go by. During the hard times that many Americans have been facing in this economy, there have been lots of sustains whom have been let go from their sue theatre of operations, have re-entered their field just so they can provide for their families, or even nursing students whom have felt discouraged from entering their field professionally because of the nursing shortage situations. I am not alone in this like I thought I was. I have realized that whatsoever is worth it, will not come easy. It is going to be an unrestrained roller coaster filled with doubts, excitement, success, let downs, but in the end it will definitely be worth it. I will be the nurse that I aspire to be.
